Press Coverage
Over the years the Aboriginal Housing Company has always been visible in the eyes of the media as the landlord of the “infamous” Block, which is seen as a national symbol of Aboriginal Australia. Many reports have been negative and stereo-typed but we have come a long way from this and the Aboriginal Housing Company and the Redfern community have worked collectively to improve our image. We have strived for more responsible reporting that accurately portrays current issues and events on the Block and in Redfern.
