EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The AHC provides affordable housing for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in NSW. Before applying please read our eligibility information to see if you qualify for our housing.
How to Apply
Please complete an “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST” form along with any of the other forms which are applicable to you.
Our new forms can be completed online then emailed straight to us. Alternatively they can be downloaded and printed for anyone else who needs to fill out a form by hand, then scanned or posted to us.

Please forward your “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST” to us with all the required documents outlined below:-
SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS that MUST be included with your application:
- IDENTIFICATION: Confirmation of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent and Photo ID.
- INCOME DOCUMENTS: Notice of tax assessment for the last 2 financial years/Profit & loss statements/ Centrelink statement.
- CURRENT TENANCY LEDGER: To support the application (medical, letter from current housing provider or other support services).
- OTHER DOCUMENTS: To support the application (medical, letter from current housing provider or other support services).
*PLEASE NOTE: ALL HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS ABOVE 18 YEARS OF AGE MUST COMPLETE AN “ADDITIONAL OCCUPANTS” FORM
